Let us help with any questions below regarding your handcrafted gifts from Bali. With these unique wooden gifts, we have answered what questions you may have below.

  • Q: My parcel hasn’t arrived what should I do?
    A: If you have chosen the Royal Mail Tracked 48, then please email sarah@fatgiraffegifts.com and we will provide your reference number for tracking. If you have chosen Royal Mail 1st class, we can advise the date of the parcel, but this postal service is not trackable.
  • Q: Do you ship your unique wooden gifts overseas?
    A: If you are looking to have your items shipped overseas, please contact sarah@fatgiraffegifts.com to discuss further.
  • Q: There is a problem with my item what can I do?
    A: Please email a description of the problem with the item to sarah@fatgiraffegifts.com and we will look to rectify where possible the issue.
  • Q: Can I sell your amazing handcrafted gifts from Bali?
    A: Yes, we do offer wholesale – please contact sarah@fatgiraffegifts.com to discuss further.
  • Q: Do you deliver?
    A: We can deliver to the local area - there will be a delivery charge added for this service – please get in touch at sarah@fatgiraffegifts.com or contact Josh on 07709804491 for a specific quote.
  • Q: Are your products customisable?
    A: We do not offer customisation on our products currently.
  • Q: Are these Products suitable for outdoor use?
    A: Yes they are however due to some of the items being hand painted we recommend using a clear varnish to protect from the weather.
  • Q: What types of wood are the products made from?
    A: Suar, Teak, Gamal and Bamboo – if you would like to know specifically for a specific product, please email sarah@fatgiraffegifts.com.
  • Q: Are your products sustainable and ethically sourced?
    Yes, all of our products are from sustainable source. For example, our glassware is all made from the bu-products of a mirror factory and using the roots of a Gamel Tree. Everything is ethically sourced, we ensure that we buy direct from the handicrafts men and woman of Bali.
